Shipping policy

Lulilli.com makes every effort to ship you order out within 3 to 5 working days, Holidays not withstanding. Many of our products are shipped from the continental U.S.

 Standard shipping is based on Ground services. Not all products may have an expedited shipping option available. Free Shipping will always be offered at the Ground rate and may not have the option to upgrade to an expedited service.

Tracking will be provided whenever available.

Please contact us at fun@luvlilly.com if you have not received your order withing 10 to 15 business days and we will track the package. If the package has been lost in shipping we will replace and reship your order at no additional cost to you.
